Energy Healing
These deeply restorative sessions support the release of stored tension, energetic stagnation, and nervous system overload. Through body-based awareness, intuitive touch, and subtle energy work, your system is guided back toward balance, softness, and flow.
For those feeling overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected, or simply ready to take a moment.
What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing works with both the physical body and the subtle energetic system.
When stress or emotional experiences accumulate, the body can hold patterns of tension while the nervous system remains in a state of heightened alert. At the same time, many traditions recognise that our life force energy, sometimes referred to as prana, qi, or vital energy, can become stagnant or depleted.
These sessions support the body in gently unwinding.
Through breath, somatic awareness, and intuitive energetic balancing, the nervous system is invited into a state of safety and rest. As the body softens, energy can move more freely and the system can reorganise itself naturally.
The process is subtle, calming, and deeply restorative.
Who These Sessions May Support
Energy healing can be supportive if you are experiencing:
• chronic stress or burnout
• nervous system overwhelm
• emotional heaviness or stagnation
• fatigue or energetic depletion
• difficulty slowing down or resting
• feeling disconnected from your body
• life transitions or personal change
• pregnancy or postpartum recalibration
• a desire for deeper rest and realignment
These sessions are also simply a space to pause, to reconnect with yourself and allow your whole being to settle.
