This session is deeply calming and restorative, offering space for both physical relaxation and energetic recalibration. To ensure a respectful and spacious experience for all clients, please read the following booking policy before confirming your appointment. - We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or a minimum of 3 hours to reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 3 hours’ notice will result in a 20% penalty. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a 50% session fee being retained. These policies are in place to honour the preparation, energy, and time held for your session. - If you are unable to attend, your session may be transferred to another person at no additional charge. Please notify us of the name change prior to the session so we can welcome them appropriately. - Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to preserve the quality of care for all clients. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full session fee still applying. - Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. - Please arrive well-hydrated and allow time before and after your session to integrate. Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to your sessions. These sessions support deep rest and regulation and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
