Emily’s work sits at the intersection of psychology, mindfulness and nervous system regulation; guided by a deep belief that living well isn’t about constant optimisation, but about cultivating a steady, sustainable baseline of calm.

Her journey into mindful movement and meditation began early, where she experienced firsthand the powerful relationship between the body, mind and emotional regulation. What started as a personal practice evolved into a lifelong commitment to understanding how we can live with greater presence, resilience and self-awareness.

Emily is a passionate student of psychology, continuously exploring human behaviour, emotional patterns and the science behind wellbeing. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice and informed by ongoing training in Fitness, Holistic Wellness Coaching, Yoga, Breathwork and mindfulness facilitation; blending physiology with psychology in a way that is both practical and deeply human.
